Terms of service.
Last updated September 9, 2026
Welcome to Atta. These terms are the agreement between you and Atta (“we,” “us”) for using tryatta.com and the Atta service. By creating an account or using Atta, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer — the disclaimer is part of these terms.
What Atta is (and isn’t)
Atta is an AI-powered educational coaching service for everyday metabolic health: daily plans, habit tracking, nutrition ideas, and a research library. Atta is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. The coach is an AI system and can be wrong; use your judgment and your clinician’s guidance for anything that matters to your health. See the Medical Disclaimer for the full picture.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Atta.
- Give us accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person; your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use.
Plans, trials, and billing
During our early-access period, membership is free. When paid plans are active, current pricing is shown at sign-up (for example, Atta Core and Atta Intelligence, billed monthly or annually), and:
- Free trial — paid plans start with a free trial (length stated at sign-up). You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
- Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will remind you before a trial converts to a paid plan.
- Cancellation — cancel anytime from the You page (Manage subscription) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
- Price changes — if we change prices, we will tell you in advance and the change applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Atta. In particular, do not:
- Use Atta for anyone’s medical care, or represent its output as medical advice
- Attempt to obtain medication dosing, sourcing, or stacking guidance from the coach
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access other members’ data
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Atta’s content or coaching at scale
- Use Atta to build a competing dataset or service
Your content and our content
You own what you share with Atta (your messages, logs, and profile). You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Everything that makes up Atta itself — software, design, text, the content library — belongs to us or our licensors; we give you a personal license to use it while you have an account, and no other rights.
Disclaimers
Atta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Atta will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will achieve any particular health outcome. Results vary person to person.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Atta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $50 if you have paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using Atta and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other members at risk; if we do, and you have an active paid plan and did nothing wrong, we will refund the unused portion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Atta evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Atta after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@tryatta.com and give us 30 days to work it out informally — most issues are resolved this way.
